    The static page was named "home2" (without the quotes).
    But currently I cannot set ANY page as a static page.
    I have tried to set it both in the Reading Settings and Theme Customization.

    If set in Reading Settings, nothing shows up.
    If set in Theme Customization, there's no change from the default homepage.

    The maintenance mode will be removed soon, but I hoped it could be resolved before the site is visible to the public.
