Scott G.MemberThanks for your quick reply Christoph. I'm not sure how to copy the 404.php to the child theme. Can you tell me how to do that?
Thanks, I appreciate your help!
ScottScott G.MemberI had some issues getting my logo into my header as well. I was not trying to put a full header image in place, but instead I wanted the logo to be larger and to have "less space" around it (top, bottom, and left). Along with the help of good folks on here, and with a little tinkering, I finally got it the way I want it.
If my solution would work for you, I will go find my code changes for you. Let me know.

I was able to add the lines above and below the navigation tabs per your help.
I was not able to remove the lines from the front page though...
I cannot find the section beginning with .home .nav-primary {I couldn't try your suggestion because I don't know where to put the code snippet.
If you check it out, note that the line below the nav tabs are red (the same color as the tabs). You will see the line when take a closer look... I made it 25 pixels wide, and the intention is to add some depth on all the pages except the front page (by depth, I mean a spacer between the navigation and the page, and due to shading, the line allows you to see which tab is active).
Thanks for everything - much appreciated!!

I tried editing the style.css file.
I was unable to find any code like this: .front-page-1
so I was unable to even try adding the code
(note that the line I am trying to add below the nav tabs is for all pages except the front page)For the line above the nav tabs, I added the code you provided, but there was no change on any page.
Do you have any idea what I could be doing wrong??

Scott G.MemberI'm not sure how you have it set up, so this may or may not help.
If you can put your hook into a widget, then you can completely control where that widget appears (page, post, etc.) with the right plugin. I use a plugin called Widget Logic (free plugin). It works great, but can be a bit cumbersome to use. I am a new user with Genesis, so I have NOT tried Widget Logic yet on Genesis themes.
If this does work for you, you can put your hook and content in two separate widgets, so you can independently control where they appear.
Scott G.MemberPerfect!
Thank you.Scott G.MemberWow BYW, you are amazing... worked like a charm!
Thank you!!
ScottScott G.MemberHi Everyone,
I am running the new Smart Passive Income theme and having a similar problem to what Ross (rosstcorbett - http://ww2nation.com/) had. The logo was way too small, and I have been playing with the css settings, and was able to get my logo larger (by changing min-height: 80px to height: 160px in the .header-image .site-title area).
Now the space between the bottom of the image and the navigation tabs is too large. I am trying to figure out how to reduce that space (same thing on the top if the image to the top of the page). I see that Ross was able to make his logo larger AND reduce the space around the image... how did you do that?
My url is investinggoldnow.com
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Scott...on a side note, how do I add a photo to my profile? I cannot seem to find a way to do that...
