    @magnify28 Not yet, I'm still looking as well. Sorry I'm no help. I'll post what I find out though.

    I'm using Digital Pro and have a similar issue when hiding the heading title (might be the wrong terminology), but theres a large blank space at the top of the page as if the title is still there but unseen, if that make sense.

    Hi Andytc,

    The button(s) did not change colors. They stayed red. Did I do anything incorrectly? Or am I calling those the right "name"?

    Also The nav menu links are red when they are active. How can I change those?

    I think that until I get my logo fixed I'll have to keep the header background white.

    I appreciate your help.

    I am using wpForms with Digital pro. When creating the form it actually has a form field to put in the CSS Class. It's titled "Submit Button CSS Class". I typed in the word "button" with and without the '' marks and nothing happened. What might be my solution?

    Brad is there anything else to do other than those instructions on the site you linked to above? I did what it said and am not getting the result I had hoped for. I am almost convinced that I just simply don't know how to say what it is I am looking for. This seemed to be the solution at first until I tried to create a"Type", which I thought would be a whole different portfolio, but it's not linking up that way. What am I missing in this?

    Okay here are the instructions I found.

    HOW TO CREATE A PORTFOLIO ARCHIVE PAGE

    The Portfolio Page will be created automatically similar to a posts archive page once one or more Portfolio Posts have been published. The URL for the Portfolio Page will be Your Site URL followed by /portfolio/

    Ex: http://demo.studiopress.com/minimum/portfolio/

    Note: After activation of the Minimum Pro theme you may need to navigate to the Settings > Permalinks page in your WordPress admin panel and save the settings for the Portfolio feature to work correctly.

    Unfortunately it says that it's automatically created, which I know it is now, but can you create other's with different titles? I am assuming that if I created a portfolio called "Chevy Truck Reviews" that on the left of my admin I'd see "Chevy Truck Reviews" right under the original one called "Portfolio", where I'd scroll over it and see the options to create a new "Chevy Truck Review" post.

    Okay wait a minute. I think I found some instructions inside my account. But if you care to share I will listen anyway. I think I just have the problem of not knowing exact terms for what I need. I am hoping the instructions on creating a portfolio archive page will do what I need...now I hope I can change the word "portfolio" as well. Thanks

    Okay great. Would you have a minute to share with us how that is done? Maybe list instructions step by step to set up one so I can use them to set up the rest? When I hear the word taxonomy, I get that weird feeling folks get before they take a test about something they aren't ready to test on...lol

    Thanks braddalton. Now can I create more than one portfolio and can I give them different names? And if not what can I do that looks like what I need. I need a portfolio for each of about 3 or 4 topics (not really portfolios - but a place to display the topics like portfolios).

    Thank you. After playing around a little bit I found out what I didn't know as far as the layout of the page. It would be nice to find a tutorial or something for learning how to work with the portfolio section. I mean just saying..."it works like pages and posts" and using the word "taxonomies" doesn't help me if I am not knowledgeable of taxonomies etc.

    I am quite sure some Guru is scratching their head right now saying, "this guy needs to learn wordpress" and whatever else passes the buck. Fact is I am a rookie but managed to find Genesis by searching out products to help me with wordpress design, so it is possible for a non-guru to buy a product but not know as much as the creators.

    I would love to know how to do the testimonial area (for lack of better term) just like the one on studiopress.com at this very moment. Anyone know how I can do that one?

    Okay, I removed this (I have never done anything like this before and do not understand it at all....lol) code.

    //* Genesis grid loop
    function minimum_grid_loop_helper() {

    if ( function_exists( 'genesis_grid_loop' ) ) {
    genesis_grid_loop( array(
    'features' => 0,
    'feature_image_size' => 0,
    'feature_content_limit' => 0,
    'grid_image_size' => 0,
    'grid_content_limit' => 250,
    'more' => __( '[Read more]', 'minimum' ),
    ) );
    } else {

    genesis_standard_loop();

    }

    }

    And then got this error:

    Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'minimum_grid_loop_helper' was given in /home/ridehome/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 406

    Any idea what I messed up?

    Hi,

    it's just by luck I found your post, because I am looking for the same thing for our local organization. I see that you have already gotten it looking really nice without even a response to your question.

    May I ask how you got yours to look so nice? I can't seem to get mine right.

    Thanks in advance!

    Oh! P.S. I am not a coder! 🙂

    Ah thank you that's perfect for our local officers.

    Now what do you think about the state and national officials (President, Vice President, House, Senate etc). I would like for them each to have their own page for some photos and details. But also want to have them all on one main page with a photo, some text and a "Read More" link.

    Here's a better example of what I am trying to accomplish. http://www.gop.com/our-party/leadership/ Notice how you can click their name and it takes you to their own page.
