http://www.robgoss.com / Follow me Twitter / https://twitter.com/robgossRobGMemberHello Diana after looking at the function.php this is the custom post function , that control your date and post comment. I'm not sure what could be missing but it seems like your [post_date] [post_comments] are not there.
Accesss your function.php and locate the following code you see below. Copy your existing custom post function and just replace it with the one below. If there's anything missing from it, it should add it and should be ok.
// Customize the post info function add_filter( 'genesis_post_info', 'post_info_filter' ); function post_info_filter($post_info) { if ( !is_page() ) { $post_info = '[post_date] [post_comments]'; return $post_info; }}

http://www.robgoss.com / Follow me Twitter / https://twitter.com/robgossRobGMemberThere is no CSS with that tutorial everything will need to added to your function.php file. I would make sure have a fresh backup before you make any changes this way if anything goes wrong you can correct it.

http://www.robgoss.com / Follow me Twitter / https://twitter.com/robgossRobGMemberWith all the changes with StudioPress new themes, I don't think the return to the top work with the HTML5 mark up. If you're using one of the older themes it should still work as always.
Here someting that might help you http://sridharkatakam.com/add-working-return-top-page-footer-link-genesis-themes/

http://www.robgoss.com / Follow me Twitter / https://twitter.com/robgossRobGMemberWhen I have trouble like this I always correct it using my cpanel, You need to access your Function.php and just remove the codes you place in it. It looks as tho you added part of the codes that was not needed.
If you added the footer code as so with the <?php
//* Do NOT include the opening php tag this is incorrect.<?php //* Do NOT include the opening php tag //* Add support for 4-column footer widgets add_theme_support( ‘genesis-footer-widgets’, 4 );
You should have added it as so.
//* Add support for 4-column footer widgets add_theme_support( ‘genesis-footer-widgets’, 4 );
If you notice with this StudioPress snippet it's telling you Do NOT include the opening php tag,
Same goes for the rest of this footer snippet. You have 2 choices, remove all the newely added codes or just correct it and save your new changes.

// Add Read More Link to Excerpts add_filter('excerpt_more', 'get_read_more_link'); add_filter( 'the_content_more_link', 'get_read_more_link' ); function get_read_more_link() { return '... <a>Read More...</a>'; }
