    Hello Victor,
    thank you for your quckly answer, i'm trying to add a widget area in the top menu area. If i use the genesis_before hook the menu dissappear.

    I need to put the flags translate widget that actually is on the primary sidebar, on the same line of the top menu (on the left)

    if i use this:

    /** Register widget areas */
    genesis_register_sidebar( array(
    'id' => 'welcome-text',
    'name' => __( 'Welcome Text', 'genesis' ),
    'description' => __( 'This is the welcome text widget.', 'themename' ),
    ) );

    /** Add the welcome text section */
    add_action( 'genesis_before', 'custom_welcome_text' );
    function custom_welcome_text() {
    genesis_widget_area( 'welcome-text', array(
    'before' => '<div class="welcome-text widget-area">',
    'after' => '</div>',
    ) );
    }

    the widget area will appear, but the menu bar will desappear....

    Thank you Victor, sorry i'm new in genesis and with the code too, i'm trying to do my best.......

    thank you in advance

    Hello Chiristoph,
    yes, yestarday night, i found the problem. The only way to get the field wordking, is to enable the comment via the quickly post edit setting.

    I didn't try that before.

    Now is everything working good.

    Thank you
