Thanks Rob! I actually resolved it...or so I hope. Apparently, once the Track that Stat plugin was de-activated, the Google analytics code was somehow affected. So I removed that code, then de-activated the plug-in again and the problem did not reoccur. I put in new Google Analytics code and so far, all seems okay. Thanks for you help!

    Hi,

What about Track that Stat code? I have Google Analytics, but was advised to also add in Track that Stat. It was great at first, but then stopped working, so I was advised to remove the plug-in. This morning, I de-activated the Track that Stat plugin and it really messed up my site. In some browsers, the site would not even open and in others, the formatting was all messed up. My hosting company can't help since it's a plug-in, but said it was some left over code they inserted, probably in the header. Yikes! I have no idea what that code could be or how to get rid of it. Any ideas?

This was the error message after I de-activated it:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '|' in /home/content/52/8613152/html/wp-content/plugins/widget-logic/widget_logic.php(270) : eval()'d code on line 1

    Thanks!!

Hi Wildwebwest, I installed the Links Manager plugin, but that hasn't helped my issue;  I do have the Links menu though, which is great.

I hope I'm posting this in the right place.  🙂  I updated to 3.5 yesterday and the only issue I'm having is with links.  My site relies on links to external sources and content.  Now, when I enter in multiple links in my post, each link is grabbing the URL form above or below.  In other words, I type in a headline, such as "Governor Signs Tree Protection Law" and I insert the URL for linking that headline.  I then go below that link and enter a new headline, such as "President Welomes Saudi King"  however, when I go to insert this specific URL, it is grabbing the one from above.  If I try to replace it again, the link above gets changed to the URL for the second headline.  Hope that makes sense.   I have no idea why this is happening, but it's basically made my site unworkable.  Any ideas?  Thanks!
