What I finally did was to maintain the RGB as black (0,0,0) but lower the last number so now it's less dark.
I may try what you suggest to see if I like it better 🙂

I'm having the same problem, images are too darky.
I found the style you're referring to, but there are many sentences:

which ones am I supposed to change and which is the number to be lowered, the % or the last one in the parenthesis.
And can you also explain how the sentence "filter" is applyed? Should I change the color code there as well?
