thanks Brad all sorted now
newedgemarketingMemberGreat thanks Lauren I've asked studio press but seem to have been going backwards and forward with answers I've used the inspector but without knowing how to use that well enough I was getting it to be 810 but Studiopress were saying it was either 850 or 770 which made no sense to me.
What do you mean RE column classes? I'm just adding images in in wordpress editor I edit them first in photoshop and place them through the media library and thats it.
Is there a better way to make them more responsive friendly?
newedgemarketingMemberGreat thanks Tom
newedgemarketingMemberYou've done it again thanks Davinder! 😉
Think i need some lessons in css because i clearly have no idea how that did that!
newedgemarketingMemberHi Davinder
I just want all of the font colour in the footer to be white including the link colour and then have a hover on the links which is just an underline text decoration.
Is that possible. your code changed the link colour white which is what i wanted but then changed all the other colours form white to black.
newedgemarketingMemberThanks Davinder
I've added that but its changed all of the other footer font colours to black.
I want the main font colour in the footer to be white and the link colour to be white as well with just the hover as it is as an underline.
newedgemarketingMemberThanks Jeremy, but this changes the hover and background colour for everything. Because my footers a different colour than the rest of my website i need my footer hover and background colour to be different to where its used elsewhere on pages and posts.
And I'm using the enews extended plugin for my newsletter signup form in the sidebar and footer, therefore i need to set different colours in the locations its used for the background, colour and hover colour as its used against different colours.
newedgemarketingMemberThanks Andrea thats very odd but i was just reading one of your articles on your website!
newedgemarketingMemberThanks Eamon that worked perfectly I'm left with the drop down menus (sub menus) not sitting flush with with the bottom of the new menu but thats not an issue at the moment as I won't be using them.
newedgemarketingMemberPerfect you're a star!
newedgemarketingMemberDavinder I've realised I've got that wrong, really I just need is just the primary nav menu to change to the light blue #abe1f9 and also use the same colour when that menu is select i.e. current.
I did try changing the code myself but I keep getting it wrong. ;(
newedgemarketingMemberThanks so much Davinder
newedgemarketingMemberI forgot to mention I also need the colour to stay the light blue once selected.
newedgemarketingMemberHi Davinder
Thankyou! It changed the hover colour of my main menu but not the rest of the site i.e. the main body text i want to also change the hover color to the light blue but it hasn't changed.
Do i need to place this code in a specific place?
I've currently got it under here
