.footer-widgets {
background-color: #fffhere's a link to a screen shot of that section of my css
newedgemarketingMemberThanks appreciate your response Brad but i'm not in a position to pay $37 p/m to see the answer
newedgemarketingMemberI'm editing it within WordPress so i'm just updating it.
newedgemarketingMemberThanks Christoph
I have just cleared w3 total cache - that didnt work, i deactivated it - that didnt work I have gone into my style sheet pressed CMD-F to search for oswald there are no instances in my style sheet. I searched for font-family the only fonts being used are open sans and open sans condensed but I am still seeing oswald in my browser.
this is driving me insane!
newedgemarketingMemberI don;t know what to say I've cleared my cache in my browser, host etc when i use inspect element or firebug it shows oswald but there's no instance of oswald anymore in my style sheet
newedgemarketingMemberHi victor it's not fixed at all I'm still seeing Oswald it should be open San condensed on the menu, headings etc
newedgemarketingMemberThanks Neil
I've added that line and no crash this time!
I want to use open sans condensed in replacement of oswald for my menu font, headings etc so i've edited all instances of oswald in my css updated the file but its still showing as oswald not open sans condensed.
I've turned of cache in my cpanel and cleared it in my browser
newedgemarketingMemberThanks Lauren
newedgemarketingMemberPerfect Thank you Carolyn
newedgemarketingMemberHi No its not sorry for the confusion at the top of my posts under the heading it states, Data, Author and Comments
I don't want to see comments as in the word and link
I want my comments on which are displayed below my posts
newedgemarketingMemberThanks Porter, I find the whole responsive thing a bit of a mystery not being a developer. And I'm conscious of not adding too many large heavy images to my site which already has a few.
I hadn't heard of picturefill but looks good!
newedgemarketingMemberPerfect thanks again!
newedgemarketingMemberHi Ritzy
I've got the same issue with my post excert sizes as well which should be 388px wide but they are being controlled by wp.css as well so they are smaller than they should be do you know the css i can use to get these back to 100%?
newedgemarketingMemberSo simple when you know! brilliant thankyou worked perfectly! 😉
newedgemarketingMemberThanks Lauren perfect
newedgemarketingMemberThanks David I'll take a look funny though as I've not long had optimisepress and I only use it for landing pages and the same error happened before i installed it.

I've added a new line the functions php file
Selected the new image size in Genesis, theme settings, Featured image size
Installed, activated the regenerate thumbnails plugin and run it, it came back successful with no errors.
November 17, 2014 at 5:21 pm in reply to: How to Change the Image Size in Blog Template of the Eleven40 Pro Theme #131915newedgemarketingMemberHi Webber I am also having this problem.
I've followed Brads tutorial which makes sense then selected the new size on genesis theme settings page used the plugin to regenerate thumbnails but nothing changes it still exactly the same.
Did you find a solution to your problem?
newedgemarketingMemberHi Davinder
I have since found an article from WPSites on what i thought would solve my problem I've followed this to the letter and then
http://wpsites.net/web-design/how-to-change-the-image-size-in-genesis-blog-archives/I copied the existing code and placed it directly under the Genesis "grid-featured" image size which it was using. this is what is in my current theme functions php file:
//* Add new featured image size
add_image_size( 'grid-featured', 270, 100, TRUE );
add_image_size( 'custom-size', 388, 203, TRUE );Then went to Genesis Theme Settings and changed the thumbnails to my new custom size
I then installed and run the regenerate thumbnails plugin.But there is no difference the image are still 270x100
