Thanks, David. I'll check out the Genesis developers section of the website and go from there. In fact. It turns out the original Atomic Theme is available from a vendor, so I'll see if it's the real thing and if someone can work with that. If so, it may be easy enough for someone to ensure it's up to date and then keep it up to date with Atomic Blocks, and do a few simple customizations. I'll let you know what comes of it!
Michael.michaelmMemberThanks for letting me know, David. It was the design that impressed me. (I have no coding experience.) While much of the theme looks to be based in Atomic Blocks, the left rail of the Atomic Theme, with its simple, clean navigation would work very well for the website I'm working on. (Special interest, not commercial or professional.)
I don't have a copy of the theme, and am guessing that it would be risky to work with something that's not being updated. Correct?
But I'm also guessing that much of the Atomic Theme relies on the coding of Atomic Blocks and the Atomic Blocks Theme. If so, it might be reasonably straightforward to build a home page that uses Atomic Blocks but incorporates the additional design elements of the Atomic Theme. If that's true and you know of anyone who could do that, I'd certainly be interested in talking with them.
(Or if Genesis is planning on coming out with anything similar in style, I could be patient!)
Thanks again for your response.
