Do I need to buy the Genesis again for my second domain?
OR
Can I just buy a child theme and use the original Genesis Framework on the second domain?

MelanieMemberoh never mind i found the problem it was with the Genesis Grid Loop plugin, once i modified the settings in the plugin the page categories show as i wanted and just like you have 🙂
