I tried the code you recommended but it created this error message:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function 'outreach_home_middle_widgets' not found or invalid function name in /home/lbanksnet/public_html/hemotek-dev/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 496

I looked up line 496 which said:
    call_user_func_array($the_['function'], array_slice($args, 0, (int)

I do not know what this means. However, what I DESIRE is that the Home-Middle Widget appear (like the Home-Bottom widget) below the .site-inner div that should only contain the Home-Top Widget.

QUESTION: Because I do not need any of the Genesis responsive slider images, or those of the Featured Posts to be linked to posts or pages, do you think it would be advisable to use a page-builder plug on the Home page?

    Thanks

Thanks. I noticed it began working again after a few hours. I had tried different browsers.

    I appreciate the response.
