    Hi officethug,

    I have the same problem. The header image is responsive, but the space under the logo is quite significant, especially on an iPhone when the logo gets really small. I gave up on trying to get this smaller.

    sorry!

    I found the answer! I'm a newbie. I'll just tell you what I did, but take it with a grain of salt.

    In the style.css file, there are 2 references to image files that contain the "GENESIS FRAMEWORK Supports HTML5…" text.
    I simply removed these lines from the css.

    First one:

    .header-image .site-header .wrap {
    background: url(images/logo.png) no-repeat left;
    padding: 0;
    }

    I changed to:

    .header-image .site-header .wrap {
    padding: 0;
    }

    Here was the other:

    .header-image .site-header .wrap {
    background: url(images/[email protected]) no-repeat left;
    background-size: 320px 164px;
    }

    I changed to:

    .header-image .site-header .wrap {
    background-size: 320px 164px;
    }

    Hope it helps somebody else!
