Yes, I actually found that tutorial as well but I do not know how to change the php...I simply added new CSS to accommodate my new logo size but when I added "center" it went back to the small logo.
Ahhh.....any suggestions??! I added this CSS to the stylesheet to see if the image would change and it did but it is aligned left
.header-image .site-header {
background: url('http://www.organiquelove.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Organique-Love-Logo-41.png') no-repeat scroll 0% 0% transparent !important;
}When I added no repeat center; it went back to middle and small...
.header-image .site-header {
background: url('http://www.organiquelove.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/Organique-Love-Logo-41.png') no-repeat center; scroll 0% 0% transparent !important;
}lfrey21MemberTHANK YOU so much Jamie!
This def helps and I had to do that before in the original Foodie theme (swap) out my logo for my larger photo in the CSS BUT on my end it is not showing the background URL, so that is why I am confused on how to change it.
I will go look again and see if I can find it! I will report back shortly 🙂

September 4, 2014 at 8:11 am in reply to: How to Change the Google Snippet on the Foodie Theme #122744lfrey21MemberI have SEO from Yoast installed and I know how to configure the SEO using it but my homepage I am struggling with because I have it set in the "reading" setting to show latest posts, therefore I don't what page to go to to configure the SEO.
I don't have it set to "HOME" or "BLOG" or anything like that so in google, the snippet is showing the first few words of the most recent post and not the short description I want it to show. Does this make sense?! 🙂

Is this found in a special place, as it is not showing under genesis in the sidebar area?
lfrey21MemberThis is a great resource but it is not what I am looking for at this time. Although, thank you for sharing!!
lfrey21MemberMany thanks!!! This worked 🙂
lfrey21Memberthat's perfect! I understand exactly what you said! Many thanks, again!!
I wish you a lovely weekend!! 🙂
lfrey21MemberI have another question that I was going to ask on a new thread, Tonya - perhaps you might be able to help?!
I would like to change the color of the opt-in form, buttons and the "read more" buttons to match my brand. I am familiar with the CSS but I want to make sure that I am changing the correct area - would you be able to share with me the areas that I need to look for in the style sheet, so I know I am changing the right ones.
I sincerely appreciate your help!
lfrey21MemberAHHHH I found the culprit!!!! It was my mailchimp plugin but I've downloaded magic action instead and all is fine!
OMG Tonya, thank you so so so much for all your help!!!
CHEERS!!!
lfrey21MemberTHANK YOU SO MUCH Tonya!!!! I'll go through this step right now and see what I find 🙂
lfrey21MemberThe sidebar is back, so it is one of the plugins. Hmmm...I'll wait to see if you find anything else with the site!
lfrey21Memberokay, all my plugins are disabled!
lfrey21MemberThank you Tonya for your help!!! I am going to disable now...give me a few minutes and I'll report back 🙂
lfrey21MemberI just disabled the plugin and it still is not bringing the sidebar up. I have had so many problems with this theme!!! UGH!!
lfrey21MemberIt's my blog posts that show up this way...all the pages are fine, except the posts.
lfrey21MemberI just changed it from static to "display latest post" but the slider still doesn't show up :-/
lfrey21MemberMany many thanks!!! I will do this now!! 🙂
lfrey21MemberI only wish to have my link color change, as in if I hyperlink a word, I would like to change the redish/orange color to a color that is associated with my brand.
With my nav bar, I would like to change the background color of the dropdown. Right now it is a tansih color but I'd like to change it to a color to match mt brand.
