This seems to help but it only adjusted on the bottom. The padding on the top is still big. That is where I was having the hard time before. I can get it to move down, but I can get the top to work.

Any other thoughts?

It looks OK right now, but the big spacing gap at the top is driving me nuts. My brain is not figuring it out. I thought if I just started over, I could make it work. Any help you can provide would be great.
