The only place I can find that stores images is Media > Library. The only image in there is my logo that I uploaded. There must be another place that stores images because there are arrows and other assorted images that are used in the Child Theme, The badge must be there. Where else should I look for this 'images folder' you are talking about?

Where do I find the badge to upload?

When you say 'email service' are you referring to a feed like Feedburner? If yes, I'm using Feedburner.

Where would I find the 'form field'? There is nothing with that name in the Generate Box settings.
