    Hi Susan,

    I think it's something that needs to be resolved with a theme update. I was unable to resolve this.

    I managed to sort my caching issues and do it myself. The code if anyone is interested:

    .site-header{
    	background-color: #fff;
    }
    .site-title a,
    .site-title a:hover {
    	color: black !important;
    }
    .genesis-nav-menu a {
    	color: #000;
    }
    .genesis-nav-menu > .menu-item > a {
    	color: #000;
    }
    .site-header .sub-menu {
    	background-color: #fff;
    }
    .site-header .sub-menu a{
    	color: #000;
    }

    Can anyone offer help with this? Or is it not possible in the theme?

    It's already there - it's not appearing in the theme
