As above, just remember to factor in ongoing licensing costs. I've always used Gravity Forms and have a developer license which is good value if you've got more than a handful of sites. I think a single-site was only around $39 a year, though you do need to renew this really as like most of the big-name plugins, they too have had security issues which they've had to patch over the years.
I've found it pretty flexible, the conditional logic and calculation fields combined with built-in validation makes it possible to create some fairly complex forms. I also like the multitude of hooks and filters available allowing you to get under the hood if you have something more bespoke in mind - for example I've made use of a PDF library to generate formatted registration forms from submissions which then upload to Dropbox. It's nothing particularly complex, but despite not being built-in, it was easy to add on through the provision for developers.
I can't speak for the others having only really used Contact Form 7 from the above list, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. If you can say a little more about how the costs are calculated, I can say whether or not it's easily achieved with Gravity Forms.
JohnONionsMemberWhat issue are you having? Unfortunately without seeing it or knowing a bit more, it's hard to suggest what might be the issue. It could be as simple as a slider setting or it might need some more CSS work to tidy things up depending on what you want it to look like.
Master Slider is also a nice alternative which I personally find a bit more flexible even for the lite version, though as a general-purpose option there's nothing wrong with Genesis Responsive Slider.
