Hi, Fabie!
I hope this finds you well.
Header
Since your header image is set as a background, its containing element will not automatically stretch and shrink to the size of the image. Therefore, you need to use some CSS trickery to make it work. Here goes:The height of your header image is 16.446789797713% of its width (187px / 1137px = 0.16446789797713). So, the CSS below makes your header image responsive and keeps the element the right size. Change your CSS declaration for
.header-image .site-title a
to:.header-image .site-title a { background-size: contain !important; height: 0; width: 100%; padding-bottom: 16.446789797713%; }
Footer Menu
To remove the space below the footer menu, add this to your stylesheet (note, this also centers each menu item):.footer-widgets .widget, .footer-widgets .widget p { margin-bottom: 0; text-align: center; }
Line Between Footer Menu and Footer Copyright Statement
To remove the red line above the footer copyright statement, find the CSS declaration for.site-footer
in style.css and remove this declaration:border-top: 2px solid #ff0000;

genesis_meta
is more concise, too, so that's nice.

Joe ThomasMember@Efrat: What you have...
remove_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_post_info', 12 ); add_action( ‘genesis_before_entry’, ‘genesis_post_info’ );
worked for me.
If you can't get it to work, try keeping it within the entry header (but still above the post title) by doing this instead:
remove_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_do_post_title' ); add_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_do_post_title', 7 ); remove_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_post_info', 12 ); add_action( 'genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_post_info', 6 );
This
- 1. Gives the post title a priority of 7
- 2. changes the priority of the post info to 6
*Note: With this change, you may have to alter your CSS to target the post info (i.e.,
.entry-meta
), since it will now be inside the entry instead of outside of it as before.
