Yes, you should be able to code the image in your site or use CSS to achieve the look that you like.

Oh, sorry I don't know of a solution for a like box for a Group! Hope you are able to figure something out.
Nice site! I would have to agree with the above, the footer area just doesn't seem to "fit" with the rest of the site. I really like the splattered paint image though!

That can be achieved with CSS using the hover selector.
