Reduce Space Between Nav Menu Items?

How can I reduce the amount of space between my Navigation Links? I'm using the primary nav bar and there is not only too much space between the links themselves, but also between the 2 lines. It had to wrap to a second line and now the nav bar takes up a huge amount of space.

}

To space it how you would like...
