ParticipantThank you!! Which number in that value is the one I am looking to adjust? (ie., the first 7, 10.8, 0, or the second 7?) I didn't have luck with any of them but maybe its a cache issue? The site I am working on is TedFleming.com

ParticipantWhich part of this do we change? I've tried tweaking a few of these numbers and nothing seems to be doing it. I still have a ton of white space under my website name and menu.

ParticipantThank you so much Victor!

ParticipantNo, I haven't unfortunately. That's my other site where it looks the way I want it to. On the site where I am using Showcase pro, it is still centered (http://shesambitious.com/busy-but-not-productive/)

ParticipantThank you so much Victor, you have no idea how much I appreciate it!!

ParticipantThanks.. just pulled down from maintenance mode so you can view it. The site itself is still clearly under construction. http://shesambitious.com

ParticipantThanks for the quick reply and for solving the horizontal issue! For some reason that snippet didn't work either, so I just re-installed the theme and followed the tutorial again. This time, instead of adding the additional code at the end, I just replaced the existing code with the new stuff and it worked.
Thanks again for all of your help -- I really appreciate it 🙂

ParticipantThat didn't really make a difference (updated now). If anything, the height is what is majorly being cut off. Any other ideas?

ParticipantI don't see SEO Settings under Genesis in wordpress, was this something removed in the recent update? If so, does anyone know the fix for this now?
jennifergrayeb
ParticipantThanks snakeair, would I submit that with the Studiopress or Shareholic?
jennifergrayeb
ParticipantThank you SO much!!! Worked perfectly.

ParticipantThank you!! 🙂

ParticipantHmm interesting. I tried using just the plugin, activated it, filled out all of the customizations, etc., and nothing changed on my site.

ParticipantWow, this is awesome! Did you use a plugin for the slider? I'd love something like that on my own!
jennifergrayeb
ParticipantI love what you've done! How did you get the nav bar to lock at the top like that even when you scroll? Genesis newbie here 🙂

ParticipantI'm still struggling with this. Despite adding the image sizing in functions.php AND using the thumbnail regenerator, the featured post image is still much larger than the size I want. Any ideas?
jennifergrayeb
ParticipantDid anyone find a solve for this? I see the code above but I'm not sure where I'm supposed to place it.
jennifergrayeb
ParticipantYou are AWESOME! Thank you so much Brad! I'll be sure to start following your blog.

ParticipantThanks Brad! The regenerate plugin fixed the issue I was having with all of the grid thumbnails, but it looks like the main featured image is still huge. I'm building this site for a friend who doesn't have photoshop (or would know how to edit it even if she did) so I'd like to find a way she can make whatever image she'd like the featured image, and it auto-resizes for the featured post.

ParticipantOne more question on this though - I only want this appearing on the home page, and not when you hit "next page" to see older posts. Ideas?
