Oh I see... I just tried that and the counter box showed up half cut off with what looked like a zero in it. So still something up. I then changed it back to beside the button.
This is definitely puzzling!
JesseMemberThe pins are at the top of all my posts already... the error is in the coding.
Thanks for all your help but I'm going to wait it out and see if anyone has a different idea.
JesseMemberIt pins perfectly fine but the counter won't come up.
What exactly are you recommending I change?
JesseMemberYes the garlic is the featured image.
I'm thinking someone will understand why the coding is different even though I added the pinit button the same way in the two different posts.
JesseMembergood thought but not the case... my post here - http://drjessechappus.com/7-ways-to-naturally-reverse-adrenal-fatigue/ works fine.
JesseMemberThanks essaysnark!
Yes, the "cold" post had been repinned many times.
I've tried contacting Pinterest and they are no help. I've also tried looking thoroughly online for an answer to this problem and nothing comes up.
I don't think it is a server problem because it consistently has issues with the counters on the same few pages and you can see the coding is different on these pages. I will look further into the server due to load times in general though.
Any other ideas?
JesseMemberThank you anitac and essaysnark. I played with the font a bit and it seems to be working now.
JesseMemberThanks anitac but they don't have a forum over there and they haven't been responding to my emails.
Any other ideas?
JesseMemberThank you Roberto and Bill!
JesseMemberThank you Anitac!
JesseMemberThanks Anitac!
I realized now that it's a conflict with my social media buttons that are in my footer and on my homepage.
I've contacted the company to see what they can do for me... hopefully they will have an idea!
JesseMemberI figured it out 🙂
JesseMemberThanks for all your help!! 🙂
JesseMemberOk I'll have to look further into this... thanks!
Do you know why the bottom of my Facebook Social Plugin gets cut off in my blog sidebar? I've tried just using code in a Widget and the actual plugin and both do the same thing. Off topic I know but I figured you might be able to help.
Thanks!
JesseMemberThanks for the clarification! I'm not going to worry about the link colour on IE then.
I'll definitely look up nofollow links on SEOmoz. What is the best way to link the "click to continue?"
JesseMemberThe link comes up blue in firefox but black in IE.
JesseMemberok I'll look into firebug... thanks!
My site url is http://drjessechappus.com/blog
JesseMemberIt seems to be working now 🙂
JesseMemberThanks Anitac!
I ended up getting it working by following the instructions on this site:
