Does anyone know how to suppress the POST INFO and remove the AUTHOR info at the end of each post for the posts in GALLERY PRO theme?
Here is the site in progress. Testimonials are the BLOG and POSTS (where I don't want the post info or author info to show.
Thanks!
JaniceadayMemberI answered my own question and can share it here. I used the customizer CSS instead of the Editor. I copied this into the CSS (on the Customizer)
body { background: #FFF; }
and changed the color code.
The background color changed!
JaniceadayMemberHello,
I was not able to change the background color at line 29 in the CSS Editor. Did it work for you? If so, How did you do it.This is the line 29 code I changed as recommended by Mr. Font in reply to your questions.
body { background: #FFF; }
When I insert another code, it does not change the background color.
Thanks for your help. I'm hoping you have solved this one 🙂
JaniceadayMemberHello, Would you please tell me at what specific line does the line count begin. Are blank lines counted?
Thank you so much!JaniceadayMemberHello, yes...just fixed that. It was the PHP I messed with. It's back up...Thank you!
JaniceadayMemberI had the same problem as the first person. I found this in the layout section of CSS. The padding (last line) was set to 36px. I changed it to 10, and it's perfect. I haven't checked how it looks on devices outside of the computer (phone, tablet).
.site-container {
background-color: #fff;
box-shadow: 0 0 5px #ddd;
margin: 32px auto;
max-width: 1140px;
overflow: hidden;
padding: 10px;JaniceadayMemberHello, I need help removing the padding from my custom header image. I have followed the tutorial referenced above, and it all looks correct in functions.php and CSS. However, I used an image that is 1044x422 instead. And I entered 422 to replace the 200 referenced in the tutorial.
Here is what I get: http://janiceaday.com/
How do I get rid of that padding?
Thank you in advance for your kind help!
