Im asking, because I dont want to include search in menu, but in widget (or throught Genesis Simple Hooks ) after and outside menu and use Woocommerce search. Im not good in php or editing functions.php... I need built up search toggle function and wrapp it all in "search-row" div.
Is this proper way?
<div class="search-row"> <div class="search-toggle"> <i class="fa fa-search"></i> <a href="#search-container" class="screen-reader-text"></a> </div> <div id="search-container"> <form role="search" method="get" class="woocommerce-product-search" action="<?php echo esc_url( home_url( '/' ) ); ?>"> <label class="screen-reader-text" for="s"><?php _e( 'Search for:', 'woocommerce' ); ?></label> <input type="search" class="search-field" placeholder="<?php echo esc_attr_x( 'Search Products…', 'placeholder', 'woocommerce' ); ?>" value="<?php echo get_search_query(); ?>" name="s" title="<?php echo esc_attr_x( 'Search for:', 'label', 'woocommerce' ); ?>" /> <input type="submit" value="<?php echo esc_attr_x( 'Search', 'submit button', 'woocommerce' ); ?>" /> <input type="hidden" name="post_type" value="product" /> </form></div></div>
Thanks you
gore.mMemberThanks you.
May I know why did you used functions.php to include Search Icon?gore.mMemberThanks you .-)
But it doesnt work. Child stylesheet is loaded, parent is included in html, but it has wrong url
wp-content/themes/genesis-child/style.css?ver=4.3.1'
If I copy parent stylesheet to child dir, both are included... but parent is overriding child stylesheet again.
Thanks you
gore.mMemberOK... I found (maybe) easier way for me... does it possible to move or duplicate "Archive Intro Text" field (from product category) to display under products?
Thanks you
