    Resolved: Just in case someone else has this problem.
    I believe the culprit was Jetpack. I somehow had the mobile activated. Once I deactivated Jetpacks Mobile my site looks as it should.

    Update: I moved the ad to just above the content with simple hooks and this seemed to work great.
    However, it only looks good on the homepage? If I navigate to another page the ad is back at the top of the page and the text shrinks left again? I even tried deleting the ad but it will not move from the top of the page. Even after clearing the cache in safari, removing all website data and a reboot holding both buttons on iphone. Each one of these changes works well on desktop?? Any thoughts?

    I did reach out to the ad company but they were no help. Many other people have the hello bar without problems and it seems to me that the hello bar and the ad are rendering properly. They fit nicely on the page but the content is squished to the left?

    Hmmm That's an interesting idea.
    I just signed up to work with an ad company so I'm hoping they will be able to figure it out.

    No, It just started with the IOS 9 update. I also have an Iphone 6 and checked on my husband's iphone 5 and still displays incorrectly. ??
    I have notice a couple of other website have this problem but very few.
