I got the code on the set-up page ofthe WPML plugin and there it specifies to add the code to the header.php (where, how?)

I've then found the same instructions on their website

documentation here

In the meantime I've tried to play around with the code u gave me but nothing happens

@braddalton quick question: in which file do I have to put this code? I expected it to go in the functions.php, however I thinlk it should stay in a function of some sort, how do I do this?
