Tonya, thanks so much for the reply!!

I'm sorry but I messed up on the link that I sent. The design I want to replicate is actually at http://my.studiopress.com/themes/agentpress/#demo-full (I thought this was what I was purchasing but I guess not..).

Anyway, if you see they have uniquely styled dropdown menus. I checked the CSS but couldn't see where the styling is for this and haven't seen dropdowns like this before.
