For some reason, the code snippet above doesn't work for all visitors using Safari /iOS and now I'm seeing that even Chrome/iOS visitors get the same errors. I'm stuck here and don't know what to do anymore.
Any idea will be much appreciated.Thanks
demmMemberIf there is someone interested, I found a fix for the problem above (after searching on G):
Code snippet for functions.php:function modify_jquery() {
if (!is_admin()) {
wp_deregister_script('jquery');
wp_register_script('jquery', 'https://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.11.3.min.js');
wp_enqueue_script('jquery');
}
}
add_action('init', 'modify_jquery');I did not wrote this code and don't guarantee that will work on your website too but I've made a test on one of my "affected" websites and everything seems to work just fine.
demmMemberUpdate:
It seems that jQuery migrate 1.4.0 cause this problem after the WP 4.5 update. It is possible that I'm the only one using Genesis that actually have this problem? Can someone check their website (possibly using Magazine pro) to see how it looks on mobile devices using Safari/iOS?
demmMemberThanks Victor.
One of them is techspecifications.net . The other are gambling related so I don't really want to post them here. If you agree I can send a PM (if I'm allowed).December 5, 2013 at 10:39 am in reply to: How to take off Post Info / Post Meta in Magazine Pro? #77234demmMemberThanks. I solved it.
