I was able to get partway where i want to go with

.site-header > .wrap {
display: flex;
flex-direction: column;
align-items: center;
}
@media only screen and (max-width: 800px) {
.header-image .site-title > a {
width: 300px;

}
}

but what I cant seem to do is resize the header image I need it larger. also, I think I want the menu left-justified leaving the image centered. any help appreciated

I cannot i'm working on it offline so I can keep my business page up till i am ready to convert it

I should add that I am trying to get this setup where I have as few issues as possible with updates and I am also hoeing once setup I can do all content via pages and posts in other words I'm going for reliable.
