Dear Victor,
I would like to have a fixed height for the image. Around 700-800 px.I see what you are saying. I didn't even think about changing both of the variable. Let me give it a test and see what happens.
Dave.

DaveMemberI guess I would be the third person trying to find the same answer to the same question.
I know you can find the file to edit in the following dir "wp-content/themes/digital-pro/js/front-page.js" You will have to change the digital-pro to your theme name, at this moment I still have not been able to get the correct answer on how to solve the problem. It seems that anything I try will not change the image height.

DaveMemberDear ngrechg,
You will need to make all the sentences the same. Also the reason for all the sentences is for all the browser types.
background: -webkit-linear-gradient(red, blue); /* For Safari 5.1 to 6.0 */
background: -o-linear-gradient(red, blue); /* For Opera 11.1 to 12.0 */
background: -moz-linear-gradient(red, blue); /* For Firefox 3.6 to 15 */
background: linear-gradient(red, blue); /* Standard syntax */Hence if you wan a white gradient you will have do to this.
background: -moz-linear-gradient(top, rgba(255,255,255,0.2) 0%, rgba(255,255,255,0.5) 30%, rgba(255,255,255,0.8) 80%, rgba(255,255,255,0.9) 100%); background: -webkit-gradient(linear, left top, left bottom, color-stop(0%,rgba(255,255,255,0.2)), color-stop(30%,rgba(255,255,255,0.5)), color-stop(80%,rgba(255,255,255,0.8)), color-stop(100%,rgba(255,255,255,0.9))); background: -webkit-linear-gradient(top, rgba(255,255,255,0.2) 0%,rgba(255,255,255,0.5) 30%,rgba(255,255,255,0.8) 80%,rgba(255,255,255,0.9) 100%); background: -o-linear-gradient(top, rgba(255,255,255,0.2) 0%,rgba(255,255,255,0.5) 30%,rgba(255,255,255,0.8) 80%,rgba(255,255,255,0.9) 100%); background: -ms-linear-gradient(top, rgba(255,255,255,0.2) 0%,rgba(255,255,255,0.5) 30%,rgba(255,255,255,0.8) 80%,rgba(255,255,255,0.9) 100%); background: linear-gradient(to bottom, rgba(255,255,255,0.2) 0%,rgba(255,255,255,0.5) 30%,rgba(255,255,255,0.8) 80%,rgba(255,255,255,0.9) 100%); filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient( startColorstr='#33000000', endColorstr='#e6000000',GradientType=0 );

DaveMemberDear David,
Thank you for your help as it seems that i was in the right direction. The problem it turns out was the old thumbnails and not the code. I was regenerating the thumbnails but not deleting the old versions. Once I deleted the old thumbnails and then regenerated them again. The code worked.
.home-top .widget.ui-tabs .entry { background: none; border: none; color: #fff; margin: 0; overflow: hidden; padding: 0; /*min-height: 400px;*/ min-height: 480px; }
Thank you so much.
Dave.
