September 15, 2019 at 6:41 pm in reply to: Can someone help me with the custom CSS code for my H3 title widgets? #493578crystalstreet10Member
Since there's been no action here, I'll post the solution I found on my own in case someone else is seeking the same solution. I posted the following in Customize > Additional CSS
h4 {
font-size: 24px;
}.image-section h4,
.solid-section h4,
.image-section .widget-title,
.solid-section .widget-title {
border-width: 0;
font-size: 22px;
font-weight: 800;
letter-spacing: 3px;
padding-bottom: 0;
text-transform: uppercase;
}crystalstreet10Memberthanks, but its not a widget area. The theme automatically pulls the posts into that space, so I can't control the settings.
crystalstreet10MemberI'd have to disagree. The rights I purchased for the photography definitely don't allow people to reuse them at will. As a former photographer, I know that much.
It also not as though he was doing this to the original site I built-- that's totally his to do with as he pleases--, he's cloning them and multiplying them all over the place. That just seems to be a violation of the licensing I purchased. I've since written it into my contracts that these sites can not be cloned at will, and I would think the vendors who I purchase products from would differ as well.
Maybe this is the difference in US law and Australia, but I'm pretty sure he would need to purchase his own licenses to clone the original site in the manner that he is. I know he needs to purchase the stock images.
I considered this client a friend, so I won't pursue legal action, but I don't want the original creators of these products coming after me either since the licensing was originally purchased by me, particularly because I use a fairly high-end stock image agency.
Thanks for the input!
crystalstreet10Membernevermind, figured it out. If there's no title in the post, it places a link on the homepage block.
crystalstreet10Membergot it! Nevermind! Thanks though.
crystalstreet10MemberThe site isn't live, it's under maintenance mode right now.
