Greetings: I am using the altitude pro theme. I am attempting to move my feature image so it appears immediately under the main nav and can appear full screen. I've tried adding the following to functions.php but without success.

add_action( 'genesis_before_entry', 'custom_relocate_featured_image' );
function custom_relocate_featured_image() {

// Remove featured image from entry content.
remove_action( 'genesis_entry_content', 'genesis_do_singular_image', 8 );

// Add featured image above entry header.
