Hi there

I seem to be having similar problems to jgentry here, but as yet without having figured out the solution in my case. So, I've copied the embed code and pasted the form action bit into the widget. Two things:

First, I have the words FIRST NAME, LAST NAME and EMAIL ADDRESS all appearing like that in the text boxes, and when I go to try to put my name and address in there to see if it's working, it insists on filling the details in in UPPERCASE, even though I'm entering them in lowercase.

Second, when I put the details in (albeit in uppercase), it takes me through to a new sign up form telling me there's an error.

I can't see where I'm going wrong with this - any insights?
