It's not easy to get back to WP after that many years but, OTOH, it hasn't changed that much... unfortunately! :o)

So ... you mean you already had some content, didn't do a backup and added demo content on top of that? You'd need a database rollback, which means either you need a backup or ... you need a backup from the hosting provider. :o(

If you didn't have content or if you have that content in another system (or a CSV / XML file from another install, I don't know) then you can reinstall WP from scratch, get your original content back there again and just add the theme.

Otherwise there's no simple solution, IMHO, as there would be not only an unspecified amount of files to delete using FTP but there will also be changes to the database itself where content got inserted.

Hope you had a backup but wish you luck in any event!

    Hi.
I opened your website and on a PC, running the latest Chrome, if you mean the opening Maximize Health / Planning / Life there are just 3 columns and they look fine. :o)
    Same on latest Firefox.
You might want to take a look at your content widths, though - when testing a quick resize, if the area becomes a bit smaller the site is creating a huge empty blue background area after the opening banner and the "Maximize Your Rehearsing Retirement" opening sentence disappears (probably hiding on the right side of the browser window, but I'm just guessing).
Sorry but I don't have any ideas for you to experiment except re-installing the browser or testing on another one -- Safari, Firefox, Opera, IE/Edge ...
    Good luck!
