this is what im looking for but in my case i am using metro theme. I can't seem to find any solution for this i can't still change my font color for my navigation menu.

Hello i hope im in the right section of the forum. I just want to know how can i change my font color of my navigation menu i know changing the font color of my nav menu are just in this area.
