Ok I give up trying to make my logo take up the whole size. Not getting anywhere. I even resized my logo to the size that's defaulted in the template 320 x 110 but the settings keep cutting my logo in half horizontally even though I've made the height 110. argh
BargnchkMemberHi guys, I'm fairly new to all this but am determined to work it out. I've been reading Brad's links but I can't decipher where to find the Lifestyle Pro php files and css files. Can anyone direct me where to find these in WordPress?
BargnchkMemberHi Ben, What's the difference between the Ultimate Coming Soon Plugin and the Ultimate Under Construction Plugin - anything really?
BargnchkMemberBen thanks so much. Sounds like a plan!
BargnchkMemberHi Guys, Thanks so much for your help. yes I've uploaded and installed Genesis, Genesis Sample and The child theme. Someone from Studiopress Support has written to me saying I might need to activate it to make the Genesis heading show up. But I don't want to activate it and make it live if I'm not ready to launch it and formatted it all yet. Catch 22 though I think. And do I activate the child theme, the Genesis Sample or Genesis or all 3 or ?? I've managed to work out how to edit it the way I want it within the Live Preview but to make it stay that way I have to activate it. hmmm
BargnchkMemberHI Ben, No what I'm referring to are the menu headers within WordPress Admin on the left hand side. I can't attached screenshots here but if you look in WordPress Admin the headings are like "Dashboard", "Posts", "Media"
"Links", "Pages", Appearance" etc etc. According to the installation tutorial from Studiopress, one of these headings is "Genesis". I don't have this showing after I've installed it. -
