You should be able to remove the tagline by editing your functions.php file located at youwebsite.com/wp-content/themes/minimum-pro/functions.php. Comment out the following line:
//add_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'minimum_site_tagline' );
That will get rid of the tagline on all pages. Hope this helps!

That should be pretty easy to do. Here's how I would do it.
In the Minimum Pro CSS file (located at ~/wp-content/themes/minimum-pro/style.css), you'll find a block of the following code:
@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) { .home-featured-1, .home-featured-2, .home-featured-3, .home-featured-4 { width: 50%; } .home-featured .widget-area:nth-of-type(2n+1) { clear: left; } }
add the following line of code so that the block looks like this:
@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) { .minimum .site-tagline { display: none; } .home-featured-1, .home-featured-2, .home-featured-3, .home-featured-4 { width: 50%; } .home-featured .widget-area:nth-of-type(2n+1) { clear: left; } }
That will prevent the site tagline section from displaying on any screen with a width smaller than 600px.

You'll see a block of code in there like this:
genesis_grid_loop( array( 'features' => 0, 'feature_image_size' => 0, 'feature_content_limit' => 0, 'grid_image_size' => 0, 'grid_content_limit' => 250, 'more' => __( '[Read more]', 'minimum' ), ) );
Changing _grid_content_limit to 0 should display the whole post content. I'm not sure how you would change the date order though.
Give that a shot and let me know if it works for you.
