Yoast VS Genesis SEO Settings

Hello,

I'm wondering whether to use Yoast plugin or Genesis SEO settings for my SEO customization of my posts. The benefit of using Genesis SEO setting is using one less plugin which is good for speed. On the other way I like Yoast for letting me know about a lot more SEO elements.

Any thoughts about which one someone uses? Any thoughts?

I'm sticking with Yoast because StudioPress isn't doing any major updates to the SEO settings when they release new versions/updates of the framework.

I stick with the best SEO plugin and with the best framework. 🙂

Thanks @Derek for the article. It was useful reading it. I agree that Yoast SEO Plugin has a lot more powerful features in terms of SEO. Optimizing posts until you hit the green lights is one of them.

There are so many things to do after the post was written, that I can easily miss on a few things. And Yoast SEO Plugin reminds me that there is still work to do on the post.
