    So its appears the WYIWYG editor is broken. Its just showing everything entirely differently.

    I heard other plugins could cause conflicts? Is this true?

    The WYSIWYG editor was fine when I was using Twenty-Fourteen.

    Yes it could be a conflict with a plugin. The best thing to do it deactivate all your plugins and see if that fixes the issue. If it does, activate the plugins one at a time until you find the one causing the conflict.
