Does anyone know about any best wordpress plugin that will help us to protect our website from virus, Trojan or any kind of malware?

Recently someone added new page to our website those are totally unrelated to our website, I do not know whether it is a hacking or virus?

    Please help.

There are plugins to do this, but I'd suggest you follow up with a removal service or clean install and content re-population. You can never really be sure once you are compromised and if the search engines find you to be serving malware you'll be delisted.

Best to bite the bullet and pay for proper removal if the site is important at all.

Then, make sure you institute a good backup solution so that you can restore to known good state, we use UpdraftPlus as it auto backs up for all updates, which means no fear in theme, plugin and core updates and we take our backups to multiple cloud partners with encryption and versioning / version locking (protects you against OAuth / Secret Key compromise). Finally, lock down your security and use 2-factor.

I believe that site is hacked by someone. Need to contact with hosting provider and ask for the solution.
