    I was disappointed to hear that WP Engine had bought Studio Press (if I understood the announcement correctly). I once was a WP ENgine customer and left because I found the product incredibly expensive for what it offered. I suppose if you are a large commercial site and have lots of money to throw at your hosting, it's useful. But if you're not, WP Engine offers bloated costs. And much of it will appear in overages you'll hardly notice unless you're monitoring this very closely.

    I love my Genesis theme and hope to keep it completely separate from WP Engine. This is meant as feedback for both users & Studio Press itself.

    I have been considering what host to use and it never occurred to me that there might be overages. Could you elaborate please? What kinds of overages did you see?
