Someone knows why Wp-Cycle and leaves no upload photos, when I try to add new photos, the image is uploaded to the gallery but not into Wp-Cycle.

I’ve been tested with several websites where I have implemented Wp-Cycle and the problem is the same in all.Why not try another plugin?
Depending on what you want to do you could create a custom widget area and use the native WordPress media functions (for galleries etc) or install a slider plugin like Genesis Responsive slider, Soliloquy or Easing slider.
