    Hi, I'm getting these error messages below when I try to upload an image in the WP-Cycle Plugin. The image is a PNG file and it is correct size (600 px X 235 px). I have used this Plugin several times before and never had this issue. I have also uninstalled and re-installed the plugin. Using WordPress 3.8.2 Any suggestions?

    Are you on a local environment when you are having that problem? it's looking for a file or directory which isn't there.

    It looks like the plugin is looking for the file on a local WP install instead of on your server. Did you move the site over from a local build by chance?

    Actually yes, I assigned a new primary domain to the same hosting account. But why should that affect the plug-in? Other plug-ins work just fine. Plus I tried to uninstall and then reinstall the WP-Cycle Plugin. Still doesn't work.

    I would suggest seeking support directly from the developer of WP Cycle since it seems to be the issue. I'm not familiar enough with it to know why it's not behaving itself. You can do that via the support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-cycle

    You might also ask your host to look at your site's database to see why it's looking for local files instead of using the domain.
