    Good morning for everybody.
I´m starting to use minimum pro them and find different code from other themes so, i´m having problems to add or reuse widgets from front page. Other way, do you think is better creating a home.php template to use with the loop and use the front-page.php for a static page? I want to remove the loop in front page and use it for a typical blog page, how can i start doing it?.

Thanks for all I can learn from you here.

    Hi Alberto,

to remove the grid loop from the front page you can delete or comment out line 38 in front-page.php that adds the genesis grid loop.(and also delete lines 89 to 107 adding a grid loop helper functions)

If you want to create your own home.php with that grid loop, you can reuse the lines 34 to 38 and lines 89 to 107 from front-page.php.

Thank you Christoph, and sorry, my answer took so long. I think i´ll work with front-page.php and home.php templates
