    Hello,

    I am a newbie to Genesis. I had my custom home page set up in my non-Genesis WordPress theme to display some static content with a specific category of my last two posts underneath. I was thinking maybe widgets for the homepage might be easier? However, I do not know how to switch out my code from general WP hooks to Genesis ones. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have already taken a look at the pdf for beginners but my theme doesn't come with home page widgets.

    You can use a front-page.php template from any Pro SP theme.
