I am preparing a planning meeting with a client and saw that WordPress has an estimates release of WordPress 4.0 in August, then 4.1 in October. I don't know if they are going to meet those dates but I wanted to check in here and see what that might mean for Genesis updates.

I'm not sure what to tell my client regarding the update and the possible time involved in upgrading and fixing CSS etc.

Any thoughts on how long after WP 4.0 Genesis might be updated?

Any thoughts on whether or not the WP team is even on schedule?

Thanks so much for your product ( it has changed my life ) and any guidance you can provide here.

It probably won't affect Genesis at all, and if it does I am sure the StudioPress team will take care of it. Just wait a little while before doing any updating, so that any kinks that have been found will have been ironed out.

Hi Ray. That's something you'll need to ask StudioPress support.
