I messed around with the widths of the homepage widgets and didn't make a copy of the css file first (I know, dumb). Please tell me what they are supposed to be so I can reset them.

Download a fresh copy of the theme, if you have a program like TextWrangler you can compare files and replace the css you changed. If not and you have not done extensive customization, just replace the old css with the newly downloaded css file.

I'm taking over this website that was installed by another person and I don't have the passwords. Can I download the files without the password?

You'll need FTP info to download the files which includes a password.
