I've been having an odd problem this morning. Frankly, I'm not sure if it is something going on with Genesis, or if this is WordPress related but thought that I'd start here. I'm using WP 4.3.1, current version of Genesis. Here's the problem: a text box created through Widgets and added to the Primary Sidebar will not update on the page.
Details: I'm using Widgets to create text boxes in the Primary Sidebar. That text box includes basic html such as links and images. I started with html that I'd created inside of Dreamweaver (using basic html, no head, no body, etc.). Created the initial text box, republished the page that it is set to appear on and all was fine. I then started replacing some of the graphics (am using absolute links for each graphic) -- I had an initial four pics, and started to add a couple of additional graphics. Got to the first one and then noticed that the page that the sidebar was set to appear on would no longer update with new graphics. Checked and rechecked everything, no change. I then pulled everything out of the text box except for one new pic, and that wouldn't update. In fact the page still showed as if I hadn't removed everything else from the text box. Simply refused to edit. Okay. So at this point I thought what the heck and removed the text box from the Primary Sidebar, and then added an entirely new text box widget and dropped in all of my updated html. And it was fine, page showed all that it should. That was the first time this happened. Shrugging my shoulders over that, I then went about doing some more editing in that text box, probably about 20 little tweaks to the html (all done inside Dreamweaver, and copied/pasted into the text box). And all was fine....until I then went to change out another image...and same issue as before. The page doesn't update. If I remove the text box and drop in a new one with the same html, all is fine. But clearly something is going on.
Has anyone run into anything like this before?

might have been a caching problem.
Next time it happens you can try a hard refresh of the browser
Windows: ctrl + F5
Mac/Apple: Apple + R or command + R
Linux: F5and see if that updates the view.
And sometimes you just have to hit the save button twice 😉

But that wouldn't explain why when I replaced the widget in one browser window that it then updated in the other browser window that was open (nothing else changed). And I did hit the save button about five or so times each time.
I guess that if nobody else has heard of this I may just have to go old school and reboot.
