I have had the same issue for weeks with agentpress and dsidxexpress integration. The only reason I even purchased this theme was because it mentioned agentpress theme support was familiar troubleshooting issues with their theme and that plug-in. I have sent three (will be four after I do another one following this post) tickets with several ways to get ahold of me and zero response. So if they still won't respond I'm hoping someone else on might have an idea. Below is the actual issue.

Having a problem with Agentpress where the juicebox gallery for the dsidxexpress plug-in tries to look for a config file that it can not locate.

    Example broke gallery: http://simmonsgrouprealtors.com/idx/mls-676971-5_pease_drive_bella_vista_ar_72715

Example URLs of content not found:http://simmonsgrouprealtors.com/wp-content/plugins/dsidxpress/client-assist.php?action=GetPhotosXML&pid=58217259
    http://simmonsgrouprealtors.com/wp-content/plugins/dsidxpress/js/widget-client.js?ver=2.0.21

Example of URL that is found:http://simmonsgrouprealtors.com/sgrwp/wp-content/plugins/dsidxpress/css/client.css?ver=3.5.1

The problem only appears on pages that the plugin dynamically creates.

From what I've been told, they clear all support tickets within 24 hours (up to 48 on weekends/holidays). May I suggest that you whitelist [email protected] and also check your spam folder to see if they have been caught in there.

Love coffee, chocolate and my Bella!
